While this is based in large parts on the existing manual, it is a fairly substantial rewrite with mostly new screenshots. Includes edits by Rainer Mohr. Signed-off-by: Dirk Hohndel <dirk@hohndel.org>

First stab at a new Subsurface-mobile user manual for v3
Of course massively based on the existing mobile manual, but with fairly substantial rewrites.
Most of the screen shots have been replaced, I kept a couple that really didn't change much (or at all).
Additional information:
This includes feedback from Rainer Mohr, but I'd be happy to get more input!
