The TUN passthrough screen now appears only when Tailscale is selected in Packages.

  • With Tailscale selected, TUN starts at Yes and the existing required-device validation remains.
  • Without Tailscale, the screen is skipped and /dev/net/tun is not passed through.
  • Returning to Packages and removing Tailscale also clears TUN.
  • README, creation guide, notes version label and changelog are updated.

Run on the Proxmox host:

Validation: Bash syntax, diff checks and all 67 tests pass, including TUN selection with Tailscale, omission without Tailscale/no packages, and clearing passthrough when Tailscale is removed through Back navigation. No live Proxmox provisioning test was performed for this release.
