提议：在第一次添加/修改mcp插件时即启动并缓存工具列表，重启 Everywhere 后不会丢失。在对话开始时不启动mcp，而是在调用具体工具时才启动 |

可不可以加入软件在启动时提前启动mcp服务器，而不是等到第一次提问时在启动。
