"findLinkedCommunities" does not put out valid "*.coexpnet.edges.lcm.cys.txt" file #3
Description
The file that is supposed to be a summary of the edges and their corresponding modules does not relate to the actual network. The edges presented in this file are different than the edges in the network, and it can not be used for assigning modules to edges in the cytoscape network. It appears that it may be a shift of the edge names.
