Build Errors with numpy 1.8.0.dev

When I attempt to run python setup.py build with the current version of ta-lib I get the following error

The first looks like a deprecation warning, the real problem looks like the fatal error: ta-lib/ta_libc.h: No such file or directory.

Do you have the underlying C library (http://ta-lib.org) installed?

I have, however I had forgotten to add it's location my path, my mistake.

Everything is functioning correctly now, I am going to mark as closed. Sorry for the stupid mistake.
