Updated batch template to address issue 321
Removed sheet protections because they caused the TASBESession logs to constantly freeze.
Included: - automatically save template before running any analyses functions - completed plate layout feature
Updated template
Updated Comparison Groups sections in plusminus and transfer curve analysis

Prepare 7.1.1 release in order to support the patch for TASBE:#335. Some additional improvements for the Excel will come along besides.
