Error: failed to load mysqltcl - couldn't load from current filesystem

Attempting to do a load test in AWS and have an EC2 with HammerDb and all the required client tools loaded and a RDS instance of MySQL.

I am getting the following when doing a librarycheck command

Checking database library for MySQL
Error: failed to load mysqltcl - couldn't load from current filesystem
Ensure that MySQL client libraries are installed and the location in the PATH environment variable

I have verified I have the Path variable properly populated with "C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.4\lib" and I have confirmed that I see the libmysql.dll file in this directory.

What am I missing here??

It is likely, to be a permissions issue. You don't mention the HammerDB version but for Windows, here is how to troubleshoot for v5.0.
As per my example, as you would expect every library loads.

Note for v5.0 you don't see any of the HammerDB libraries in the directories. This is because they are loaded at runtime, however Windows needs a physical file to load (Linux doesn't, so doesn't need this step), so they are first extracted to a TEMP directory. Look for the most recent date and you will find the files there.

I've also got the MySQL libraries in the correct place

So to troubleshoot we use the dependencies tool https://github.com/lucasg/Dependencies, see that I have loaded the HammerDB MySQL library and this finds my MySQL library, so everything loads correctly as shown in the first image.

If you follow these steps, then you will locate the issue you have. Likely to be the TEMP directory permissions or the path.
