feedback: make timeout interval configurable

I use Tableplus to connect to a remote database with a 15 second statement timeout, which I would prefer to leave as-is. Since the default keep alive ping is 30 seconds, the Tableplus constantly loses the connection and alot of refreshing is required from my side to refresh the queries.

Ideally the 30 second interval would simply be a number of seconds that I could type to ensure the connection isn't lost.
