We have had more than enough "me too" that we do not need anymore people to notify us that they are also affected. As for emoji reaction on locked issue: probably ask Github themselves |

What is/are your question(s)?
Hello!
Thank you so much for your hard an incessant work on NewPipe.
I noticed on #13320 that I cannot add an emoji reaction to the top post, presumably because the discussion was locked.
I very much understand locking this issue - and any issues that attract thousands of "me too" comments - however, without the emoji reaction it's not possible to quietly communicate that one is affected too. This definitely worked in the past, so I must assume Github changed something recently. Is there a setting to still allow emoji reactions even on locked issues?
Thanks again!
