Cuebot v0.1.0-rc.7

Release candidate 7 for testers.

• VTuber apps (Apps > Stream apps > VTuber apps): veadotube (mini and full), PNGTuber Remix, RahiTuber, VNyan, Warudo, VRChat (OSC), nizima LIVE, Animaze, and VMC expressions for VSeeFace, VMagicMirror and other 3D apps.
• Discord bot (Apps > Apps & devices > Discord bot): your own bot for go-live posts (and editing them later), roles, slash commands, direct messages and its status.
• Music (Audio > Music): shows the song playing in your music player (Windows and Linux), can write it to a text file for OBS, and adds Spotify song requests, skip, pause and volume.
• Voices (Audio > Speech > Engines): Piper, free voices that run on your computer (Cuebot downloads them for you), and OpenAI voices you can give a mood.
• Assistant: undo the changes of one turn; make a command and its action in one go.
• Safer defaults: actions that post publicly ask first, duplicate commands are flagged, and YouTube media requests start switched off.
• Fix: Twitch recovers from refused subscriptions after a lost connection.
• Docs: What's experimental, Every page in Cuebot and Cuebot's servers are new. The wiki now has every guide in full.

Please test on Windows

These are built and pass Cuebot's own tests, but nobody has tried them with the real app or service yet (full list):

1. Now playing on Windows: play something in Spotify, a browser or another player; check Audio > Music shows it and the play/pause/next buttons work.
2. Discord bot: make a test bot (guide), invite it, then try a go-live post, editing it, a slash command, and giving a role.
3. Spotify: connect your own Spotify app (guide), then add a song by name and by link, skip and change volume.
4. VRChat, Animaze, nizima LIVE, and VMC with VSeeFace, if you use them.
5. Cloud voices other than OpenAI (ElevenLabs, Azure, Google, Amazon Polly and others), if you have a key.

Release candidate 3: overlays and widgets, an AI-controllable Cuebot, and one-click problem reports.

• Overlays & Widgets.
  • A browser-based overlay designer, with Cuebot's own widgets: alert box (with an alert designer and variations), chat box, labels, goals, event list, credits, countdown, emote rain, hype cup, hype boss, polls and predictions, giveaways, media request player, charity, product showcase and seasonal effects.
  • Overlays run on this PC, with a LAN option.
  • StreamElements and Streamlabs custom widgets run as they are, and existing StreamElements overlays can be imported through your connected StreamElements account.
• Sharing. Overlays and single widgets can be saved as one .cuebot-overlay file, and the community gallery has its own guides in its wiki. Code you bought is left out unless you confirm you may share it.
• Polls and predictions (Twitch, YouTube, and Cuebot chat polls on every platform), Giveaways & Store, and Media Requests.
• MCP: 115 tools, up from 34. Cuebot's Assistant, or your own AI app, can do almost everything you can do in the app: build actions, create polls, build overlays, edit alert designs, manage speech, quotes, points and more. Sign-ins, keys and server settings stay out of reach.
• Send report. The Support page files a problem as a GitHub issue in one click, with no GitHub account needed. After a crash, the next start offers to send it. Sending crash reports automatically is opt-in and off by default.
• Stream Deck: the plugin is attached below (io.github.cuebot.streamdeck.streamDeckPlugin). Double-click it to install (Stream Deck 7.1+, Windows or macOS).

Fixes

• An alert type you had turned off no longer stalls the alert queue for 90 seconds.

Notes

• Reports sent with Send report become public issues on this repository, after secrets and e-mail addresses are removed.
• Google has not finished verifying the YouTube app yet, so sign-in shows an "unverified app" screen (Advanced → Go to Cuebot).
• Packages are built by CI from tag v0.1.0-rc.3: Windows zip, AppImage, Flatpak, and Linux tarballs (x64 and arm64).

Cuebot v0.1.0-rc.2

Release candidate 2. The first build with Cuebot's own sign-in apps: Twitch, YouTube (and Google Drive backups), Kick and TreatStream offer "Sign in with ..." without asking for your own app.

• Chat moderation (delete, timeout, ban) for Twitch, YouTube and Kick.
• YouTube live chat arrives as a stream (liveChatMessages.streamList), using far less API quota; polling stays as a fallback and can be chosen on the YouTube page.
• YouTube browser sign-in asks only for the youtube scope.
• The restyle (dashboard, actions, chat, speech, platform pages, section map).
• Linux: fix for a native crash when the mouse-click source opened and closed X displays from several threads.

Notes
