Add JobPostingMessageSubscription entity admin page

Recently to the backend were added the following classes:

• Entity JobPostingMessageSubscription
• Controller JobPostingMessageSubscriptionController
• Create body CreateJobPostingMessageSubscriptionBody
• DTO JobPostingMessageSubscriptionDto

Please create admin pages that will allow me to create, activate, deactivate and delete those entities. use common approaches like were used to create salaries-stat-subscriptions component
