Unable to connect to ROS computer for vision setup #2

Hi! I've been following the instructions in the documentation under the vision section, but at step 6:

I get ERROR_CODE_7, which supposedly means that the remote ROS computer does not exist:

May I know if there is a step that I may have missed? I am currently running ROS on a virtualbox VM on my laptop, and connecting to a TM-5 robot using TMFlow via ethernet connection.
