Team Meeting: #3 7.11.2018

Meeting Goals:

introductory issues such as choosing an idea

TOPIC 1: workload balancing

The team discusses the allocation of issues among team members. Some team members support the "First Come First Serve" method, others prefer a more controlled approach. The solutions proposed after a lengthy discussion were:

• appointing a team member in charge of reviewing the allocation
• appointing a team member to split the issues into "chunks", then each chunk is "First Come First Serve"
• initiating a rotation, where each week a new team member is "team captain". The captain will review the issues and allocate them according to the different team members' abilities. So far, no resolution was met.

TOPIC 2: choosing an idea

The team began proposing different ideas, we agreed to come up with a total of at least 3 ideas by next week.

Current ideas:

• Technion helper conversational bot (perhaps with voice interface)
• a custom language to create android apps with less boilerplate

TOPIC 3: staff member assignment

The team was assigned staff member Dor Ma'ayan as our instructor/advisor.
