Description

On smaller devices with resolution 400X522 or less, the Preview and Select buttons were misaligned.

It looks like this fix could be achieved more easily by adding the class nhsuk-u-margin-top-0 to both the "Preview" link button and the "Select" button in _SignpostingResourceCard.cshtml. This avoids the introduction of new stylesheet and is less likely to cause problems on the page if it is changed in future.
