Description

this fix does a null check before checking the content of a list

• Run the formatter and made sure there are no IDE errors

Tobi, just want to check whether this needs to be done in AdminUI area as well?

It's limited to the azure function and webui for now.
this would be moved over to adminui unpublish action method once test is concluded in with present implementation.
