由于UE5的界面进行了重构，扩展菜单工具项最好是通过ToolMenus
对于LevelEditor的ToolBar，使用原本的Extender方式并不会在主界面增加按钮，粗略估计是LevelEditor的ToolBar去除了原有的扩展接口，固定了按钮的组织。
在源码上找到UE5预留了一个User插槽供开发者自定义，因此这里改为使用ToolMenus对其扩展，此外，部分菜单项缺乏Icon。
