Feedback request: evidence packet for AI-written PR review

Hi - I am validating a narrow Fieldheld Review Desk workflow this week and this project is directly relevant because PR-Agent is public AI PR-review infrastructure.

The workflow is not another approval bot. For one AI-written PR or small release candidate, it produces a 24-48 hour reviewer packet: changed-file summary, available checks, missing evidence, risk flags, reviewer questions, and possible merge blockers. The human reviewer still owns the decision.

I am trying to learn whether this kind of packet would reduce review effort or just add noise around AI-generated/AI-reviewed PRs.

Useful feedback would be blunt answers to any of these:

• What field would make a packet like this useful for a maintainer or engineering lead?
• What would make it redundant with existing AI PR review tools?
• Would public PR metadata plus bounded diff excerpts be enough for a useful first pass?
• If you had one AI-written PR this week, would this be worth a paid pilot or only free critique?
