Adding a new feature in the MATH folder, to check if a number is perfect or not
The logic behind checking if a number is perfect or not is
"If the sum of its factor is equal to the number itself, then the number is said to be perfect"
For example 6: The factors of 6 are 1,2,3 and since the sum of the factors 1+2+3==6 hence 6 is a perfect number
I have written the code with proper commenting, modular functionality and menu-driven features
Context
This is a new feature of the perfect number, the concept of checking the perfect numbers in mathematics is an important
new feature.
From a mathematical standpoint view, it doesn't hold much significance the only fact that 6 is the smallest perfect number has many uses in itself.
