Java select Location

Hey, I'm trying to program something similar to snipping tool, where i just run a file, drag on a monitor position to get a rectangle screenshot and save it to the clipboard, but now I'm stuck trying to make chosing the Location work, I have no idea how to do that, any help is appreciated!
