Check if a number is Harshad Number of not or not.

Everyone of us know about niven number which is also called the Harshad Number

Harshad Number is a number which is divisible by the sum of its digits.

For example:
Input : 18

1+8 = 9
9 × 2 = 18

so 18 is a harshad number.

It would be good if we can have this in the collection of java algorithms' repository!

Input: 3
Output: 3 is a Harshad Number

Input: 18
Output: 18 is a Harshad Number

Input: 15
Output: 15 is not a Harshad Number
