[FEATURE REQUEST] Adding Linked List

What would you like to Propose?

Adding Linked List From scratch using Java classes. I think it is really an important topic which will cover Single Linked list,Circular Linked List with their creation and traversals. And some other basic stuffs like sorting the linked list etc.

There is No package for Linked List in the repo.

Hey I opened an pull request for Basic Recursion algorithm which is I think missing. I have added Test cases too..
