Where can we add file functions ?

I am new to this, so please if someone would guide me where can I upload file functions python file?

If you want to contribute a module (or python file) full of functions (or classes) then:

• Select the category from which your functions are likely matching, for example there are many directories on root of the
  repository, just choose the one that fits perfect for your situation such as ./ciphers/.
• Fork repository, make changes locally in forked repository (add the file you want into the category folder you have
  previously selected.
• Make the pull request from your fork to this repository (If you have enough luck, your pull request might be accepted, cause
  there are tons of pull request pending at the time of writing this).
• Make sure your code is completely good with the conditions they have specified in this document

@neelthakker22 What do you mean by file functions? What type of algorithm are you trying to submit? If you can be a bit more detailed, it would really help. Thanks if you do.
