Should the graphs and strings folders be inside of the data structures folder?

I noticed that the graphs and strings have their own folder outside of the data structures folder, but should these not be placed in the data structures folder? They are data structures and I feel like this is where people would initially look for algorithms regarding these two items. I'll go ahead and open a PR suggesting this change.
