Adding new algorithm - Pythagorean triplet generator

This is one of the important algorithm, I wish to add it in the website in Python language # hactoberfest

Can you please assign it me? I would like to implement it as a part of hacktober festival.

Also, can you give a description of the design you have in mind? What should be the input and what should be the output.
For checking if 3 integers are pythagorean triplets in trivial, but a generator requires an input, what do you want the input to be?

Upon searching, the function could be defined as Generate all the triplets with the longest side lesser 'c'
