I'm out of town right now, will take a look at it once I'm back.

I'm not sure what happened, but it seems that the server went down for a while. GitHub was receiving 404 response for every webhook it was sending during that period. I can't see the logs as lots of things have already happened and those logs are not available due to the limitation on the free tier. I am looking for alternatives, but will try to monitor during this month.

Closing this as the server is up and running.
