Difficulty creating upstream project

Firstly i have ran git pull command which will sync our local copy with upstream project and git push command to sync from my forked repository. But its showing not having access rights.
I am a beginner in open source contributor.

Did you try this? It's also possible that you're trying to push here, which is forbidden.
