Importance for to-dos and tasks

• To-dos: set an importance in the details (1 is the most important); it shows as a badge.
• Lists sort by two things: List settings now has "Order" and "Then by". By default: date, then importance.
• Plain tasks: write {{!1}} right after the box (- [ ] {{!1}} Hand in the essay) for a badge. A tap on the badge changes it; on a keyboard Ctrl+Alt+1 … 9, Ctrl+Alt+0 for none.
• A heading's tasks by importance, for now: a button after a heading with tasks (or Ctrl+Alt+I). Selecting and editing work as if the text stood that way; the note itself keeps its order, and closing the app ends it.
