Config

Right now the config only contains one value so no need for an entire page for it yet.

"crateChance": 5 - 5 by default, it defines a 1 in crateChance chance of fishing up a crate instead of a fish. so 1 in 4 = 25%, 1 in 2 = 50%, etc...
