First public release of PackScope, the companion PC app for PocketOBI.

Reads Makita LXT packs through a PocketOBI in USB-serial bridge mode, using the firmware's own decode/verdict logic.
Local SQLite history, per-pack timeline, CSV/JSON export, printable health card.
Staged repair wizard (read → classify → unlock → confirm); verdict identical to the device.
Multilingual EN/FR/DE/ES.

Portable mode: drop a portable.txt next to the executable to keep the database and settings beside it.

Licensed PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0.
