How in TiddlyWiki to prevent the possibility of coexistence of tiddlers with titles differing only by case or white-spaces?

I think there is no such possibility.

If that is a frequent case, I can add it to https://github.com/tiddly-gittly/inverse-link-and-folder , so you could easily find related "similar name" tiddlers.
Just like I used to find the tiddler with current tiddler as prefix.
