ChatGPT - Answer attempt

Whenever someone posts a message in #questions, the bot should make an attempt to answer it using ChatGPT.

We have to be careful to communicate this properly though. The answer should clearly tell the user that it is an AI answer and that a human is on the way regardless. So something like:

Here is an AI assisted attempt to answer your question, maybe it helps! In any case, a human is on the way 👍
[...]

The feature has to be fine tuned a bit:

• dont trigger for very small messages (likely not a question to begin with)
• or very long messages (save money)

This issue is stale because it has been open 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label, comment or add the valid label or this will be closed in 5 days.
