This PR refactors array initializations by replacing explicit type declarations with implicit type inference (`new[]`) to reduce verbosity and improve readability. - Explicit mention of array type and/or size is redundant when array is initialized: DeepSource flagged instances where arrays were initialized with an explicit type (e.g., `new string[]`), which is unnecessary when the compiler can infer the element type. We replaced those with `new[]` in both the `featureTags` field and the `tags` parameter, streamlining the code and enhancing clarity. > This Autofix was generated by AI.
