Stock Recording and Ordering

Some initial notes probably need to walk through modeling this and decide where this will live and how it will fit into the existing transaction flow.

1. Estate has a float with the operator (this is the current stock)
2. Estate can top this up by purchasing more "stock"
3. When a transaction is performed then this "stock" is decreased
4. A transaction will not be rejected due to lack of float but this will be recorded (somewhere)
5. When the "stock" is bought then there will be a cost however depending on how much is bought there may be a discount applied, this will give us our products cost price
   e.g. 1000 KES of stock costs 900 KES
   10000 KES of stock costs 8500 KES
6. The stock will be held at product level - TBC
