On Initial Logon Transaction Add Device Identifier to the Merchant Record #39
Description
The transaction processor will make a call to the Estate Management REST api to try and add a new device to the Merchant.
Need a way of determining if the logon transaction is an initial (first ever) logon or not for the merchant.
