Add Timing Audit Event to Transaction

New event to be added to the Transaction Aggregate Stream.

Data recorded will be

• DateTime Transaction Started
• DateTime Operator Request Started (if applicable)
• DateTime Operator Request Completed (if applicable)
• DateTime Transaction Completed

This event can be loaded to the warehouse to show transaction timings for support puposes.
