drawmaps

The function is clean data and draw maps:
1.Confirmed data in FIPS level
2.Serious patient per Icu_beds
3.ICU beds distributes in FIPS level

In the folder confirmed_maps and utility_maps is the example maps up to 3-27. You can not view it in github. You could downlord and open it offline.

Several Parameters:

1. Serious patients factor: Proportion of serious patients over total confirmed cases.
2. Up-ceil of the maps
3. Color style, singal color style or multiple corlor style.
