closes TryGhost/Koenig#1038 - updated `<KoenigLexicalEditorInput>` to load `<EmojiPickerPlugin>` and compose it into the editor unless used with `<KoenigLexicalEditorInput @emojipicker={{false}} />` - bumped Koenig packages so `EmojiPickerPlugin` is available to import from `koenig-lexical`
