Lidarr won't connect to Slskd

Hi all,
I'm attempting to set up Tubifarry after having a difficult time setting up soulseek in which I gave up. Anyways, when I try to set up slskd in lidarr as either a downloader or indexer I get a 401 authentication error with a log in slskd to the effect of unauthorized login detected from "ip addr" unrecognized API code starting with :start of API:
My API is matching between lidarr and slskd. I'm kinda lost.
I can provide configs and such if need be

Configs would be really helpful! For setup assistance though, I'd recommend checking out the Servarr Discord or Reddit, they tend to respond faster than I can. My guess is your API key might just need to be configured differently.

I got it after a bit, not sure why but I had to go into slskd and change the API key in there again because it didn't save and it worked after that
