AI operations do not apply to selection (instead the whole page)

What’s broken?

Hi there! while testing we found that the AI functionality is potentially bugged:
"when selecting just part of a text and clicking the AI button it does the operation on the whole page instead of the selection"

Steps to replicate:

1. go to the docs (any of the AI pages with a demo) : https://www.blocknotejs.org/docs/features/ai/getting-started
2. select some text to edit with AI -> do operation -> notice the operation does not respect earlier selection.

From all AI-operations the "simplification" does seem to work but the others do not. Cheers & Hope that this helps, we are curious to start building on top of BlockNote

1. user selects part of a text and use AI functionalities on the selected part
