[ui5-input | Angular]: Empty popover shown on top of valueStateMessage when using suggestions with validation

Bug Description

When using ui5-input with suggestions and validations that only allow specific values, an empty persistent popover is shown on top of the valueStateMessage.

Expected Behaviour

Only the valueStateMessage should be displayed without the empty popover overlapping it.
