Install `spring-security-test` if `spring-security` is present

**Description**

When testing controllers in project that uses spring-security (e.g. Medical-Web-App) we need to configure mock user to avoid only having tests showing that access is denied to an anonymous user and for that we need to install `spring-security-test`
