Purpose of this PR

  • Enable auto versioning for master (preview packages)
  • Create "promote all" job
  • Rearrange promotion dependencies as required by upm-ci (matching what we know to work in the Graphics Test Framework repo)
  • Add nightly trigger to "promote all" job

Testing status

Confirmed that the job starts with the intended dependency chain
