Error with HTML5Setup.sh

I get this error when I run html5setup.sh:
$ ./HTML5Setup.sh
error: Engine/Source/Runtime/ImageWrapper/Private/Formats/PngImageWrapper.cpp: No such file or directory
error: Engine/Source/Runtime/Renderer/Private/SystemTextures.cpp: No such file or directory
error: Engine/Source/Runtime/SlateCore/Private/Styling/CoreStyle.cpp: No such file or directory

I checked, and there is a file in all of the directories it is saying there is nothing.

On Windows I have found this error if I download the repo as a zip, rather than cloning. Have you cloned the repository?

edit: I have only gotten this error for the above reasion on the 4.24.3-html5-1.39.18 branch.

Ok, yes I was using a downloaded zip file, I will try to clone it now.

the 4.24.3-html5-1.39.18 branch is the newest one, right? Or is it the 4.24-html5?

4.24.3-html5-1.39.18 is the newest branch yep - I was just saying for the sake of the bug.

Then open Engine/Platforms/HTML5/Build/PatchFiles/4.24.3.engine.patch file
Read line by line and make changes accordingly in respective files
PngImageWrapper, CoreStyles and SystemTextures
