unstructured_api ERROR Unknown model type: chipper (chipper removed?)

Describe the bug
README mentions beta for chipper model, error thrown when attempting to use it.

Has this model been removed and closed source? Abandoned?

Does not mention the model at all

On HF does not exist either:

Hi there! Yes, Chipper is an older model that has since been removed. Over time we found that complex document layouts were best handled by a foundation vision-language model. The vlm strategy in our paid API is now what we'd recommend here (see this page).

For open source, there is a way to bring your own model into unstructured-inference if it helps. For this approach you would have to rebuild an API image around your custom code.

I'll notify the team that our README is a bit stale in this repo.
