vATIS Profiles

We are consolidating the management and updating of vATIS Profiles within the individual sector file repositories, namely, withing the OTHER > VATIS Folder.
This allows Controllers to get their vATIS Profiles directly with their Sector File Packages, including updates.
The only file that shall be managed within this specific repository is the custom airports.json file which we will automate its updates to all the individual sector file repositories.
