Adds instructions to use
nvim-lspconfigfor the LSP client.nvim-lspconfighas a built in configuration that works forvhdl_ls.I also changed the heading type of the
Configurationsection that discusses the TOML file, since it was###which effectively put it in the neovim section, when it's actually common.
