[TF2] Several problems when inspecting weapons #4273

Here is a list of problems with inspecting that I've detected:

  1. Weapons can be inspected when they are being deployed or in action (e.g. firing, reloading or zooming in with sniper rifles), despiste not being idle.

  1. The inspection animations sometimes don't interpolate properly and will start again instantly.

  1. The sounds that are played when inspecting a weapon may play again if the player presses the inspect key during the animation.

  1. The inspection animation is affected by lag, starting late or behaving laggy at higher latency.

  1. With the Spy, if the player uses any invis watch when inspecting, it will cause tf_use_min_viewmodels to not be gradually set to 0, and the weapon will abruptly exit from the minimal viewmodel state. The bug will remain until the player change classes.
