[Linux] CS2 LatencyFleX support

CS2 supports nvidida reflex. On Linux we have https://github.com/ishitatsuyuki/LatencyFleX that does the same thing on any vendor card. However it is only injected through proton on games already supporting nvidia reflex.

Would it be possible to add support for this on Linux as we can't play the windows client where it can be injected ?
