Add Missing Undo Actions

There are a number of things that touch analysis that are missing undo actions. #5950 is an example of one.

In this issue, we should:

1. Enumerate what undo actions are missing
2. Prioritize which ones need to be added
3. Work towards adding them

This can be split out to other issues as things are implemented if we encounter problems, but consolidating a list here will be useful for the short-term.
