Our previous Mypy flow was, for some reason, missing typing issues. Not everywhere or all of the time, just some of them, which is very curious. The new flow force mypy to do the complete set of type checking. As such, typing issues arose on main. This PR includes fixes to those typing errors.
Tests Added
Tests remain in place and pass.
